Stonebridge Hospitality was formed in April 2001 as a hotel management company. Marc Stone and David Papp as the principal partners. Tim Booth as CPA and Legal Counsel, and Devra Snodgrass as Office Manager.
Stonebridge contracted to manage the Hampton Inn and Best Western locations in Frankfort in April 2001. In October 2003, the Stonebridge partners built and then contracted to manage the Fairfield Inn in Frankfort then built and contracted to manage the Best Western in Lawrenceburg in June 2005. Also in 2005, Stonebridge contracted to manage the Holiday Inn Capital Plaza in Frankfort in February. They converted the property to the Capital Plaza Hotel in June 2006.
Stonebridge currently has five hotels under management with 553 total rooms and 180 employees.
